In some of the Anganwadi Centres located at Southern part of Krishna District, it was found that the safety and security of the children was at jeopardy as most of the Anganwadi centres are dilapidated condition and they lack proper ventilation and power supply which directly affects the children admitted in the anganwadi centres.
